Billing/Rates

Fees:

$200 per 90 minute initial assessment

$150 per 50 minute individual therapy session.

I have current openings for clients 18+ seeking online individual therapy.

I offer private pay services and am not an in-network provider with insurance companies.

Please note:

• Payment is due at the time of the session and is payable by credit card.

• I can provide clients with a monthly superbill, upon request, to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

• Client’s are responsible for verifying out-of-network benefits and submitting for potential reimbursement.

• I will provide a receipt for clients upon request as proof of payment for Health Services Accounts (HSA)/Flexible Spending Accounts(FSA)
